The SOPHiA DDM™ Residual Acute Myeloid (RAM) Solution is an NGS panel that enables MRD measurement and AML monitoring.

The panel includes 23 genes and is designed according to the latest ELN1 guidelines for the diagnosis, treatment and monitoring of AML.




By combining with the SOPHiA DDM™ platform for data visualization and interpretation, it provides early detection of AML relapse and accurate MRD measurement (down to LoD 0.01% VAF).

In addition, users gain access to long-term variant tracking, allowing them to visualize each patient's mutational profile and track its evolution over time.




Library preparation is based on hybridization capture technology.

The kit is validated for Illumina NGS sequencers.
