Mentype® DIPscreen is a kit for genotyping recipient/donor samples by qualitative detection of 33 DIP markers in one PCR reaction. It thus enables the identification of informative markers suitable for monitoring chimerism after bone marrow transplantation using the Mentype® DIPquant kit set.
Each PCR reaction also contains a marker for amelogenin. A positive control is included in the kit. The advantage of the product is also the low DNA input (1 ng).
Evaluation of the results is possible in GeneMapper and with the help of the unique ChimerisMonitor software.
The kit is based on fragmentation analysis on ABI sequencers and is CE-IVD certified.
