EuroClonality-NDC is an NGS panel based on target capture-based technology that enables the simultaneous detection of T- and B-cell clonality, IG and TCR rearrangements, translocations, CNVs and SNVs in 82 genes associated with lymphoproliferative diseases.

Thus, this test enables the first fully integrated analysis of all relevant markers of lymphoproliferative diseases, which are currently performed by a number of molecular testing strategies.

Detection of B and T cell clonality is greatly improved and simplified compared to conventional PCR and NGS methods thanks to the combination of the following features:

  • IG and TR rearrangements can be detected by both sequencing and CNVs
  • All types of rearrangements are detected, including non-functional and cross-target
  • Detection of CNVs, translocations and mutations can contribute to the determination of clonality even in the case of (post) germinal center malignancies with strongly hypermutated somatic IG rearrangements

 

Evaluation of the results is possible using the bioinformatics pipeline EuroClonality-NDC Analysis in BaseSpace Professional.
