Principle of the method:

SALSA digitalMLPA Probemix D007 Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia enables the detection of deletions or duplications in 52 specific target genes and three chromosomal regions (5q, iAMP21 and PAR1) that are associated with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) using more than 700 probes that target: 

  • genes and regions now covered by individual ALL MLPA probemixes
  • B-cell differentiation and cell cycle control genes, T-ALL-associated aberrations, iAMP21, and PAR1, TP53, and ERG copy number aberrations
  • other genes: NOTCH1, CD200/BTLA, VPREB1, PDGFRBEBF1, TBL1XR1 and NR3C2
  • chromosomal regions for karyotyping and detection of major chromosomal changes and ploidy status

The kit is compatible with Ilumina sequencers.
