Devyser Compact is a genetic test for the prenatal diagnosis of aneuploidy of chromosomes 13, 18, 21, X and Y by analyzing DNA isolated from amniotic fluid. The product includes the detection of 26 genetic markers using QF-PCR technology.

Multiplex PCR takes place in one reaction mixture, which, together with the "single-tube" approach, allows minimizing the risk of sample mix-up, cross-contamination and hands-on time (<45 min).

The product is compatible with ABI 3130, 3730, 3500, 3500 Dx and SeqStudio instruments.

The kit is certified according to the new CE IVD Regulation (EU) 2017/746 (IVDR).
