Devyser Compact is a genetic test for the prenatal diagnosis of aneuploidy of chromosomes 13, 18, 21 X and Y by analyzing DNA isolated from amniotic fluid.

Devyser Complete is used to detect Down, Edwards, Patau and Klinefelter syndromes. It also includes Devyser's patented technology for detection of Turner syndrome, using two dedicated X-chromosome counting markers.

The product includes the detection of 33 genetic markers using QF-PCR technology. Multiplex PCR is performed in two reaction mixtures that include ID markers to minimize the risk of sample mix-up.

The product is compatible with ABI 3130, 3730, 3500, 3500 Dx and SeqStudio instruments and is CE-IVD certified.
