Devyser Extend v2 is a genetic test for the prenatal diagnosis of aneuploidy of chromosomes 13, 15, 16, 18, 21, 22, X and Y by analyzing DNA isolated from amniotic fluid. The product includes the detection of 42 genetic markers using QF-PCR technology. Multiplex PCR is performed in two reaction mixtures that include ID markers to minimize the risk of sample mix-up.

Devyser Extend M1 v2 is a genetic test for the prenatal diagnosis of aneuploidy of chromosomes 15, 16 and 22 by analyzing DNA isolated from amniotic fluid. The product includes the detection of 16 genetic markers using QF-PCR technology.

Both products are compatible with ABI 3130, 3730, 3500, 3500 Dx and SeqStudio instruments and are CE-IVD certified.
