Experteam UPD 15 Kit 1-FL is intended for prenatal diagnosis of uniparental disomy of chromosome 15 using QF-PCR technology. The product includes 9 STR genetic markers that trace the transmission of chromosome 15 from each parent to the child to determine whether the child exhibits normal biparental inheritance or uniparental inheritance. UPD analysis requires samples from the proband/child and both parents. All UPD-positive samples should be confirmed for paternity.



The product is compatible with ABI devices and is CE-IVD certified.
