Devyser AZF v2 is a genetic test for screening microdeletions in the AZFa, AZFb and AZFc regions of the Y chromosome using 6 markers. If a suspicious deletion is detected, extended analysis should be performed using the Devyser AZF Extension kit by additional analysis of 11 additional markers.

Multiplex PCR takes place in one reaction mixture, which, together with the "single-tube" approach, allows minimizing the risk of sample confusion and cross-contamination.

The products are compatible with ABI 3130, 3730, 3500, 3500 Dx and SeqStudio instruments and are CE-IVD certified.
