Devyser CFTR 68 is a genetic test for the detection of 68 CFTR gene mutations and polyT/TG repeats in intron 9.

Multiplex PCR is performed in two reaction mixtures that include ID markers to minimize the risk of sample mix-up.

The product is compatible with ABI 3130, 3730, 3500, 3500 Dx and SeqStudio instruments and is CE-IVD certified.
