Devyser Thrombophilia is a genetic test for the detection of 6 variants that are considered to be the most common risk factors for thrombosis:
- Factor V Leiden;
- Factor V R2;
- Prothrombin/Factor II;
- MTHFR C677T;
- MTHFR A1298C;
- PAI-1/SERPINE1 4G/5G
The test is based on fragmentation analysis on ABI 3130, 3730, 3500, 3500 Dx and SeqStudio instruments.
Multiplex PCR takes place in one reaction mixture, which, together with the "single-tube" approach, allows minimizing the risk of sample confusion and cross-contamination.
The product is CE-IVD certified.
