Devyser HFE is a genetic test for the simultaneous detection of the 3 most common mutations and the corresponding WT variants in the HFE gene for the diagnosis of hereditary hemochromatosis:

  • C282Y;
  • H63D;
  • S65C

 

The test is based on fragmentation analysis on ABI 3130, 3730, 3500, 3500 Dx and SeqStudio instruments.

Multiplex PCR takes place in one reaction mixture, which, together with the "single-tube" approach, allows minimizing the risk of sample confusion and cross-contamination.


The product is CE-IVD certified.
