LAMP Human FII&FVL duplex KIT is a genetic test for the simultaneous detection of the 2 most common variants associated with the risk of thrombosis.

  • Factor II G20210A (rs1799963);
  • Factor V Leiden G1691A (rs6025)

 

As an alternative, individual kits can be used to detect the above-mentioned variants: LAMP Human Prothrombin mutation KIT and LAMP Human FV LEIDEN KIT.



The tests are based on robust and sensitive LAMP technology followed by melting curve analysis (TaqMan probes). The main advantage of the products is the simplicity and speed of analysis without the need for DNA isolation. Positive controls are included in the kits.

The products are CE-IVD certified and compatible with most available rtPCR instruments (LightCycler 480, CFX96, CFX Opus, RotorGene Q, MIC, QuantStudio 1, 3, 5).
