Solutions for freezing embryos at the cleavage stage. FreezeKit™ Cleave is Vitrolife's second generation of embryo freezing solutions. Not only has the formulation of the solutions been innovated, but the workflow has also been simplified. Sucrose is used as the cryoprotectant and only one solution also contains propylene glycol (propandiol). The solutions also contain human serum albumin, gentamicin, hyaluronan and MOPS buffer. Their composition is compatible with the Vitrolife G-Series culture media. The solutions are handled at room temperature.
