LAMP Human MTHFR mutation KIT and LAMP Human MTHFR 2nd mutation KIT are products enabling the detection of 2 variants of the MTHFR gene associated with the risk of thrombosis.

  • MTHFR C677T (rs1801133);
  • MTHFR A1298C (rs1801131)



The tests are based on robust and sensitive LAMP technology followed by melting curve analysis (TaqMan probes). The main advantage of the products is the simplicity and speed of analysis without the need for DNA isolation. Positive controls are included in the kits.

The products are CE-IVD certified and compatible with most available rtPCR instruments (LightCycler 480, CFX96, CFX Opus, RotorGene Q, MIC, QuantStudio 1, 3, 5).
