The xGen™ Methylation-Sequencing DNA Library Preparation Kit utilizes Adaptase™ technology that efficiently captures bisulfite-converted ssDNA molecules into library molecules for epigenetic research studies (whole genome bisulfite sequencing or targeted Methyl-Seq).
