The human exome enrichment kit includes library prep reagents (xGen DNA Library EZ UNI Kit), native Element Biosciences adapters, and hybridization capture reagents (xGen™ Hyb Capture Kit Trinity™ for Element) for enrichment onboard the AVITI sequencer from Element Biosciences, using the Trinity capture workflow. Trinity reagents needed to complete the workflow (e.g., flow cell) can be purchased from Element Biosciences.
Additionally, it supports 24-plex captures, with the capability to perform 4 exome captures per kit.
