EndomeTRIO is a combined genetic test of the endometrial lining, performed using an endometrial biopsy. It brings together three advanced tests that collectively provide a comprehensive view of the uterine environment’s readiness for embryo implantation.
ERA® – Endometrial Receptivity Analysis
Identifies each woman’s unique window of implantation – the specific time when the endometrium is most receptive to embryo transfer.
EMMA – Endometrial Microbiome Metagenomic Analysis
Analyzes the endometrial microbiome to determine whether the microbial environment is optimal for implantation.
ALICE – Analysis of Infectious Chronic Endometritis
Detects pathogenic bacteria associated with chronic endometritis and provides recommendations for appropriate treatment.
These tests can also be performed individually – for example, ERA alone, EMMA+ALICE, or ALICE alone.
The combination of all three tests forms the comprehensive EndomeTRIO panel.
The goal is to thoroughly assess the state of the endometrium and increase the chances of successful pregnancy through a personalized approach to embryo transfer.
women with repeated implantation failure (RIF),
patients with unsuccessful IVF cycles despite high-quality embryos,
women suspected of having endometrial microbiome imbalance or chronic endometritis.
personalized timing of embryo transfer,
assessment of microbial balance and inflammatory state of the endometrium,
deeper understanding of the potential causes of implantation failure.
