eazyplex® Clostridioides difficile is a ready-to-use, lyophilized in vitro diagnostic kit designed for the qualitative detection of toxigenic C. difficile DNA directly from stool samples or other appropriate clinical specimens.

The assay targets toxin-associated genes responsible for clinically relevant infections, enabling rapid differentiation between toxigenic and non-toxigenic strains.

Principle of the Method

Based on isothermal LAMP amplification for rapid and specific DNA detection
No DNA extraction required – sample can be processed directly
Results available in approximately 25 minutes
