A simple and rapid diagnostic kit for the detection of germline and somatic mutations in the BRCA1 and BRCA2 genes. Library preparation is based on amplicon sequencing.

Results can be evaluated using AmpliconSuite (SmartSeq), SexNext (JSI), Sophia DDM (Sophia Genetics).

The kit is validated for Illumina NGS sequencers and is CE IVD certified.
