The kits are designed for rapid determination of the methylation level of 1 or 6 markers to determine the risk of developing cervical cancer.
DNA isolated from cervical smears is subjected to bisulfide conversion and rtPCR. Control samples are included in the package.

Kits are validated for ABI 7500, Cobas Z 480 and CFX96 instruments. The kits are CE-IVD certified.
