PANAMutyper™ is a new technology that uses the PNAClamp™ methodology based on the unique properties of PNAs (Peptide Nucleic Acids).
PNAs are artificially synthesized DNA/RNA analogs that allow selective amplification of mutated DNA and thereby maximize assay sensitivity.
The actual detection takes place on the principle of Real-Time PCR.
The PANAMutyper™ technology is suitable for liquid biopsy due to its ability to detect mutations with high sensitivity and the ability to genotype multiple mutations simultaneously.

The kits are CE IVD certified.
