EmbryoScope Service Support Now Available in the Czech Republic and Slovakia
As of August 1, 2025, we provide extended service support for all types of EmbryoScopes in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
Regular maintenance is carried out by our certified technician, Petr Šourek, who has been trained directly by Vitrolife. For more complex service situations, we coordinate fast communication and support with the Vitrolife team in Denmark.
Our goal is to ensure the reliable performance of all systems and to be closer to our customers – whether through timely advice or prompt diagnostics provided in collaboration with the manufacturer.
The first round of maintenance checks took place in early August and has already received very positive feedback from EmbryoScope users.
