NGS panel a szomatikus mutációk (SNV, InDel, CNV) kimutatására 30 génben, amelyek mielodiszpláziás szindrómákkal, mieloproliferatív neoplazmával és leukémiával kapcsolatosak.
A könyvtár előkészítése a hibridizációs rögzítési technológián alapul.

A készlet Illumina NGS szekvenszerekhez érvényes.

A megoldás tartalmazza az egyedi SOPHiA DDM szoftvert is, amely a kapott NGS-adatok másodlagos és harmadlagos elemzésére szolgál.
